pd has dozens of build related files all messed up in their tarball, not to mention installation locations (documents to /usr/lib) and if moved elsewhere the package breaks. supercollider needs a 10MB subversion snapshot which needs to be patched (their SConstruct is insane wrt arch handling). sound is not intrested in maintaining these packages anymore, unless you want to pick them up, do the work to sanizite them, and get upstream to apply it.. they will be gone. -drac -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list
