There are third party repositories out there with from-scratch ebuilds that, at the very least, don't use Gentoo copyright. So if the Foundation is claiming that all ebuilds are derived from skel.ebuild as wolf31o2 implies, this is most definitely an issue. -- Ciaran McCreesh
