As we know from previous bugs and mails here on -dev, bitchx is pretty much unmaintained and now has an open security bug.
https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=183149 So if no-one wants to take it, p.masking it in a week from now and remove it regular 30 days after. -Jokey
