Hey guys.

There are a bunch of ebuilds (mostly in app-doc) that install stuff like
HOWTOs, guides, reference manuals, books published under Creative
Commons, etc. Currently the majority of these are installed into
/usr/share/doc/${PF}. The problem with this is every time one of these
packages gets a version bump it breaks any bookmarks or links one may
have made for quick handy-dandy access.

Should we:

- install into /usr/share/doc/${PF} and symlink to /usr/share/doc/${PN}
- install straight into /usr/share/doc/${PN}
- install into /usr/share/doc/${PF} and symlink to some universal
decided-on location (eg. /usr/docs/${PN}) just to keep stuff from
getting lost in the sea of /usr/share/doc

There's a bit of each in the tree right now, so i'd like to make it
consistent. I like the third option personally.

Also, anyone interested in an app-doc herd?
