Suggested that a per-package user-override file be specified as well, along with its format. Call it package.license or whatever. The idea being that a user may wish to accept a specific license for a specific package, but not globally. This being Gentoo, this is likely to be implemented anyway, but specifying it and its format in the glep standardizes it, useful when multiple package managers are a factor. -- Duncan - List replies preferred.
