Could this be automated through a post-commit hook in SVN? I'm thinking of something like the GCC bugzilla, which adds a comment to the relevant bug whenever a checkin is made. eg. http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=27601 --de.
