i think that i did it this is the amaya-9.5.ebuild attached it's working for me and i hope it'll work for every one.
it builds amaya-9.5-fullsrc not with all its dependencies (freetype - wxwidgets - mesa) these are installed locally into amaya folder so they won't affect the original system ones - i really hope so :) - try it and if needed - i'm sure it's needed - modify it .
