ftr dev-games/tiled also uses qbs without an eclass (not that it's pretty but it could be semi-copied on short notice if someone wanted to look at this). Recent qbs releases did have a few breaking changes and it may complicate things for other packages though, tiled has to use a snapshot because of that right now to avoid an upper bound. -- ionen
