That was my original thought when I started playing with it. I switched
to postfix to make it more consistent with the way :slot and [use]
restrictions work. *shrug* I guess it's down to whether you consider a
repository to be a top level object that contains categories, or
whether you view your package db as the union of "all stuff in all
repositories", and have the repository restriction as a restriction.
