crossdev: tweak GUSE_DISABLE*

USE=boundschecking, USE=gcj, USE=gtk, USE=libffi, USE=mudflap
are all long gone, so drop those from GUSE_DISABLE.

USE=mpx is also gone, so remove that from GUSE_DISABLE_STAGE_1.

Shift USE=vtv from GUSE_DISABLE_STAGE_1 -> GUSE_DISABLE as it falls under
everything described in that comment ;)
