app-backup/btrbk: revbump to drop btrfs-progs restriction While the original commit to add the < dep should've revbumped, the fact it doesn't does not remove the need to revbump again to drop it, as anyone who installed in the interim wouldn't be able to upgrade btrfs-progs in future.
