app-emulation/lxc: bump to 4.0.5 - added 'man' USE flag because app-text/docbook-sgml-utils pulls in tons of dependencies, - moved some dependencies, and added few under 'optfeature' - please see https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki//etc/portage/sets for an example of @optfeature set handling.
