dev-db/mariadb: group network-sandbox related issues Most of the tests fail in network-sandbox because the hostname is set to localhost. This new finding was reported upstream to multiple related tickets. Those tests are grouped to one place with comment and unified description. Few tests from spider.* test suite fail because they cannot retrieve HW address.
