net-p2p/monero: major improvements
ebuild:
- add USE=cpu_flags_x86_aes
- add comment about USE=test restrict
- require acct-{user,group} ony if USE=daemon
- shorten `usex readline`
- fix ineffective USE=readline
- do not build documentation
- disable ccache use
- declare targets more declaratively (src_compile)
- improve elog message by adding quotes for a command
- removed generic openrc elog
- quote just FILESDIR
init.d:
- pidfile: put in /run & guarantee uniqueness
- use command_args_background
- added custom status()
