media-video/ffmpeg: add 7.1, dekeyword ~alpha Version bump to 7.1, subslots to 59.61.61, and media-libs/libaom dependency to 2.0.0. Enable xcb-shape (no additional dependency). Dekeyword ~alpha because support for it has been dropped upstream [1], and skip a broken test [2].
