kde-frameworks/kfilemetadata: drop no-op ecm_pkg_setup/ecm_pkg_postinst In Frameworks packages, KFMIN is derived from PV, which means for >=6.9.0, pkg_setup/pkg_postinst/pkg_postrm phase functions are no longer exported.
