Just to be clarify: 1. the files missing ASF in cloudberry-pxf (java, c, etc) are not blocker because they are coming from Greenplum 2. in cloudberry-backup, it's not clear to me where the go files are coming from (the LICENSE mentions Greenplum, but doesn't list the go files). It seems that the go files need the ASF header.
