I am a mentor for the project and I also noticed there doesn't seem to
be much activity from the contributors to set up the project in the
incubator.
Are there any official channels to get in touch with the contributing
organization? At the moment, I can only see their GitHub repo and issues.

There was a blocker where we took quite a while to get the name approved.
Now the latest blocker is with getting the SGA signed.
I have contacted them Caldera contributors numerous times but there
doesn't appear to any major urgency with getting moving.
I guess we have to assume at this stage that there is a possibility
that the project won't move from Mitre after all.
I will ping them again but as I've said the contributors do not seem
to be prioritising getting the PPMC up and running.

The mailing lists show no activity, and the PPMC has not subscribed to the
mailing lists. In addition, the reporting months were set up incorrectly: new
projects should report monthly for their first 3 months.
Is this off to a slow start or is there some other issue holding up progress?
