Hi, Jarek gave me an idea the other week, and I’ve added two new ways to navigate, each based on shared YAML definitions. This should make it easier and more consistent to browse and manage resources over time. - Browse by Theme: This groups resources by broader subjects like governance, mentoring, neutrality, releases, and IPMC oversight. - Browse by Topic: This lets you find resources on more specific areas like voting, reporting, trademark use, mentor practices, release process, and communication.
I’ve generated the themes, topics, and summaries via AI. They may need some fine-tuning, but as a first pass, they look good. These new options are available along with the existing role-based and path-based learning views. They’re meant to help you find related material across guides, slides, videos, quizzes, and scenarios more easily. You can find the theme and topic definitions in YAML format here: https://github.com/apache/incubator/blob/master/tools/seealso/resources.yml This setup helps us keep the site’s structure consistent and makes it easier for anyone to suggest improvements by updating the YAML file. This could also serve as the basis for a content search engine. You can find the new navigation options on the main training page: https://incubator.apache.org/training/ As always, we welcome your feedback on the structure, how easy it is to find things, naming, or anything that might be missing.
