Hello, Apache Arrow is receiving a donation of an ODBC driver [1], currently in a pull request, to be merged into a branch on the main Arrow repository. This is the formal request to check the clearance. The software grant has been filed and the Arrow PMC vote has been conducted.
Please vote to approve this contribution. This is a lazy consensus majority vote, per the IP clearance process [2], open for at least 72 hours. Notes: - Dremio has informed me (in a private email exchange) that they hold all rights to the code to be donated and they believe contributor ICLAs are unnecessary. - The pull request has had some additional work since the original paperwork was filed, mostly to add license headers. (I've asked them to also add the original copyright to NOTICE as I see that has been requested before.)
