The source release looks ok but I might have a 2nd look. I am still considering my vote based on the LICENSE and NOTICE in apache-uniffle-0.9.2-incubating-bin.tar.gz In particular, the NOTICE in this bin artifact is very long and fairly confusing. This file is in GIt and I would appreciate it if others have a look at it too. https://github.com/apache/incubator-uniffle/blob/master/NOTICE-binary I think the main issue is that the NOTICES in the 'jakarta' jars include extraneous information that shouldn't be in those jar NOTICEs - that the info is more appropriate to a NOTICE for the source repo.
