Download PGP KEYS <https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/streampark/KEYS>and the release with its .asc signature file. This should link directly to the downloads KEYS file not to the dist file. https://downloads.apache.org/incubator/streampark/KEYS which will remove the "incubator" once you graduate.
