Hi,

Sorry but it -1 (binding) from me jmclean (IPMC)

I checked:
- incubating in name
- signature and hashes are fine
- DISCLAIMEr exists
- LICENSE is missing 3rd party content, some of which we may not be able to use.
- NOTICE is fine
- No unexpected binary files
- I was unable to complete but probably my setup

There are files whose content may not be under an open source license. Do you
know how this content is licensed?
- ./core/src/test/resources/guardian.rss [1] suggests is only for personal use,
which would not apply here [1]
- ./core/src/test/resources/digitalpebble.com.html (and a few other files)
uses http://digitalpebble.com <http://digitalpebble.com/> is there a commercial
interest here? I also note that the README.md also refers to DigitalPebble. Is
there a vendor neutrality issue here?
- ./core/src/test/resources/longtext.html has an ASF header, but I doubt it was
created at the ASF. How is this content licensed?

I also note that one of your dependencies is a BSD license with a nuclear
disclaimer - wouldn’t this not be compatible with the Apache License?

Kind Regards,
Justin
