I'm voting -1 binding due the issues in the binary artifacts. An additional issue to the one that Kent raised about no DISCLAIMER in the binary artifacts. The META-INF/NOTICE.txt in gluten-velox-bundle-spark3.5_2.12-centos_7_x86_64-1.2.0.jar incorrectly contains this.
