Yes I understand that is not required, nonetheless changing name later is not ideal. I really love the name OpenServerless, but since there is a risk Serverless.com may object (who trademarked the name "serverless") and develop the serverless framework that is similar in scope, it is better to know the potential issue in advance.
To my understanding, since there are other "serverless something" trademarks, "Apache OpenServerless" should be acceptable, but here we need support from trademark lawyers to be sure.
