Hi Kent That's a good question, and it's also a fair topic in TLP: contribution is not only code, anything helping the project and community to grow (documentation, participation on the mailing list, events, etc) is as good as code. So, an initial list should balance "technical/coding" contributors, non coding contributors (website, documentation, promoting project/community), and contributors doing both :)
