As mentioned under https://www.apache.org/licenses/ All software produced by The Apache Software Foundation or any of its projects or subjects is licensed according to the terms of the documents listed below: Apache License 2.0, Apache License 1.1, Apache License 1.0. I think we can't do dual license for ASF projects.
