+1 (binding)
I can see votes marked as binding when they are not in the vote thread, when
voting on your mailing list only PPMC votes are binding.
I checked:
- incubating in name
- signatures and hashes are fine
- LICENSE looks OK but it would be better to mention the project names than
GitHub locations as these could change over time
- NOTICE file looks to contain unnecessary text
- some pom files are missing ASF headers
- no unexpected binary files
- unable to compile from source (Non-resolvable parent POM error). This may be
my setup but you may want to look into this.
