+1 (binding) I checked: - incubating is in the name - Hash and signature are OK - LICENSE and NOTICE are there and OK (NOTICE could be simplified by just mentioning Apache projects in general, not listing all Apache projects like HBase, etc, but that's OK) - DISCLAIMER-WIP is there (I guess it could be renamed to just DISCLAIMER) - No binary found in source artifact - ASF headers are present in all source files
