please could some more people vote on this release ... the team worked so hard
to resolve all of the issues pointed out, now let's help them get their first
release out the door :-)

I checked:
- incubating in name
- signatures and hashes are fine
- Disclaimer exists
- LICENSE and NOTICE are fine
- All source have ASF headers
- No unexpected binary files

Maybe you would like to use this command to generate the hashes:
shasum -a 512
apache-wayang-${RELEASE.VERSION}-incubating-source-release.zip >
apache-wayang-${RELEASE.VERSION}-incubating-source-release.zip.sha512
After done that, one can check the hashes more simply by:
shasum -c
apache-wayang-${RELEASE.VERSION}-incubating-source-release.zip.sha512
