Thanks. Remember that KEYS are also required for archived releases, so should never be dropped from the file once used for a release. As such, it's best to have only a single KEYS file, which should be at https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/mxnet/KEYS as this is the official source for https://downloads.apache.org/incubator/mxnet/KEYS I don't think there is any need to have KEYS elsewhere, e,g, in GitHub. If no copies exist, they cannot get out of date.
