Can mentors please make themselves familiar with the requirements for
download pages and links [1] as we seem to have a number of projects that are
not providing downloads in the required manner.
In general:
- Please use https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua
<https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua> for releases
- Please use https://downloads.apache.org/ for hashes and signatures
Form a quick check these project don’t seem to have an obvious download
page:

Annotator
BlueMarlin
Liminal

SDAP
Sedona
Wayang
Now in some cases these are newish projects and they haven’t made a
release, however others on that list have made releases and really should have
a download page. If they do have a download page please provide the URL.
