Hi, I think this is a step in the right direction to gauge responsiveness of a project's PPMC for reporting and non-reporting projects. I say reporting and non-reporting as it really only takes one person to fill out a report. I think the more important issue to address is when podlings cannot get votes passed on critical issues like security reports.
