We understand the policy. OpenWhisk has about 25 sub-components that are
released using different version numbering schemes. These dirs all contain
most recent releases of some components.
For us, using the the version as the primary organizing metric in the dist
isn't a great fit. Is there a precedent for doing otherwise (eg, first by
component, then the active branches within each component)? That might
better communicate how we are organizing our releases.
