Hello IPMC, Per the graduation guidelines, the Traffic Control community would like to start a DISCUSS thread on graduating to a top level project. We have discussed internally on private, taken a vote to draft a resolution [1], and voted on the resolution [2]. The next step in the process is to submit our resolution here for feedback. Please take a moment to review our resolution and let you know what feedback you have.
