The guidance at https://www.apache.org/dev/release-signing.html#basic-facts <https://www.apache.org/dev/release-signing.html#basic-facts> is inconsistent with https://www.apache.org/dev/release-distribution#sigs-and-sums <https://www.apache.org/dev/release-distribution#sigs-and-sums>. The former says "Every artifact distributed by the Apache Software Foundation must be accompanied by a file … containing an MD5 checksum.”. Can someone please fix the former to be consistent with the latter.
