Summary: The incubator openwhisk does not have "squash and merge"

This ticket asks to force the PRs default to “Squash and merge” (green button)
for all the openwhisk projects. A reference article can be found via
https://github.com/blog/2141-squash-your-commits.
There are three choices for each PR: “Allow merge commits”, "Allow squash
merging" and "Allow rebase merging".
Please uncheck the first one “Allow merge commits”, and check the other two:
"Allow squash merging" and "Allow rebase merging" as it indicates in the
attachment.
