I'll be honest, I don't understand why you created a new RC for the vote. Usually we only re-roll a release if someone notes a blocking issue. I don't see any blocking issues listed in the prior candidate, however you are struggling to get that third vote.
Its also good form to send a [CANCEL] email for the prior vote so people don't get lost.
