I like it -- nice and simple. +1 to Justin's suggestion. Also, consider adding a sentence or two around the fact that podlings *may* get a pass on some of the more stringent requirements of a full blown TLP release, but a) it is not guaranteed b) it is up to mentors/IPMC to define what is appropriate.
