Edward, It’s usual to open a discussion thread to discuss whether a project is ready to graduate, achieve consensus, and only then move to a vote. Can I suggest that you cancel this thread (by sending a “[CANCEL] [VOTE] Graduate Apache Eagle (incubating)” email) and start a “[DISCUSS] Graduating Apache Eagle” thread.
Note that Beam did exactly this 3 days ago[1] and today started a vote.
