Great, hope that works out!

I'm thinking of last October, when Jukka resurfaced briefly.

When Jukka took over as Chair, there were ~57 podlings, many of whom needed
some nudging towards either graduation or retirement. After an aggressive
push, that number fell to around ~30.

Last October, we had ~43 podlings and there were several pending graduations
and retirements. Now we have ~48.

The garden of the Incubator has not been left untended -- in particular, we've
been better about retirements. But we could stand to do a little more
nudging.
