The Apache AsterixDB (incubating) Team is happy to announce the first release of Apache AsterixDB 0.8.7-incubating and its associated Hyracks release.
Apache AsterixDB is a Big Data Management System (BDMS) that can store, index, manage, and query semi-structured data at scale on a cluster. (Hyracks is its underlying dataflow runtime platform.)
