We need to make sure we get these guidelines nailed down, because that is not the advice we got when doing Tinker pop. Just seems like a very similar situation. No one entity "owns" groovy. This is also a very likely situation for us to encounter in the future, especially since two of the major open source "homes" are shutting down.
