- signatures and hashes correct - artefact has incubating in it's name - DISCLAIMER exists - LICENSE and NOTICE correct - All source files have Apache header - No unexpected binary files - Can compile from source - Tests pass Minor issue is that the RC was not placed in the correct place [1] Can this be done with the next release candidate?
