I mentioned to Marvin (the real person) in a separate threat that it looks like the script itself runs, however wherever it was moved to seems to be missing the files needed to run properly. Unfortunately I don't have much access in the ASF infra to check further, but it seems like if we fix the path to the svn executable and the SVN repo, reminders will go out once again.
I've started a thread on infra about it, to see if I get any nibbles. We should definitely list this issue in the board report.
