Problem solved thanks to a tip from humbedooh ! Seems mentors needs to registered in both podlings.xml AND <project>.xml
I slowly understand why people want something like pTLP, it is not very efficient to have volunteers update several files with exact the same information. It is about time, we (the incubator) take a look at the data we have for each project, and see what is really needed, what is duplicates, and how to minimize administration !
