The "allow" mail address contains some hashing, so it looks like this
general-allow-tc.14022574435.jniccwfloaonmjaawwpz-no-reply=apache....@incubator.apache.org

(I made that one up so nobody tries to allow it ;-)

I guess you have to wait for the first failed, but not sure.
