IPMC, Josh has been an Accumulo committer for 2 years and is a contributor to a number of other ASF projects. He has shown responsibility and has taken an interest in ASF practices and in communicating these to others. As a member of the Slider PPMC, Josh has learned about the incubator process. I think he would be a good mentor, and this would be a great way to get him more involved at ASF. I would be happy to mentor his mentoring of the potential new NiFi podling.
