I'd think Ignite is a standard-enough English word that no one could
reasonably claim exclusivity (but IANAL).

Ignite is used within software names, as in "AIR Music Technology Ignite."  The 
splash screen says "Ignite by air".  I have no idea whether "Apache Ignite" is 
enough for non-confusion.  Too bad about Sylk.
