Sorry if I wasn't more explicit. Here's what I'm thinking: looking at the monthly wiki report I see a significant # of reports still missing. I'd love if at this point I could rely on shepherd to have some idea of why that could be the case and reflect that in their reports. This, of course, would've required them to engage with the community at least a week or so before today's deadline. And that's additional effort. What I'm wondering is this: given the current load on shepherds would it be reasonable to expect them to do that?
